Actor and Massachusetts native Mark Wahlberg has sold his Los Angeles mansion for $55 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The 6.2-acre property was originally listed in April 2022 for $87.5 million, but Wahlberg and his wife Rhea Durham dropped the price to $79.5 million in November.
According to the listing for the Beverly Hills property on Realtor.com, the mansion contains 12 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms, along with a home theater, professional gym, wine and cigar cellar, tasting and smoking lounge and library with a second-floor balcony within the 30,500-square foot building. The grounds also feature gardens, a five-hole golf course and driving range, sports court, pool, skate park and guest house.
Wahlberg bought the property for $8.25 million in 2009 and completed construction in 2014, WSJ reported.
According to People, the property was the seventh-largest for sale in L.A. County when it was listed.
